Commercial Agriculture for Smallholders and Agribusiness (CASA)
This programme is designed to drive more funding towards small farmers. Alice’s role is to identify the barriers to investment in this space and to find ways to reduce those barriers over time – for example, by identifying investment opportunities in the supply chain or in energy and transport infrastructure, finding ways to aggregate smallholder farmer activities or blending concessional with commercial finance.
